Full medical services of traditional home health for treatments such as wound care, high-tech infusion therapy, Foley care, diabetic management, skilled observation and assessment, and other nursing procedures. Nurses will be responsible for teaching you about medication, treatment, disease process, and any modifications you may need to manage your disease. Services rendered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are consistent with a treatment plan established by the patient’s physician.
