Credit Works, a Florida-based – minority women-owned firm, focused on partnering with healthcare systems to augment enlisting and retaining hard to come by healthcare talent and supporting staff by providing access to financial lifelines as an employee benefit, at no cost to the employer or institution.  Healthcare providers and their employees have been pushed to their limits with stress, mental health challenges, and financial difficulties since the pandemic.  The “Credit4Works” program will offer employees credit building, a Financial Wellness Program, and a Financial Lifeline through affordable quick relief lines of credit for any need.  The goal of Credit Works is to assist employees achieve financial health for the purpose of improving physical and mental health as well as employee performance and retention.
